As multifamily pricing is going through a well needed price correction in private markets, the Blue Lake Multifamily Fund will allow accredited investors the opportunity to invest in a diversified portfolio of institutional quality, multifamily assets in growing markets. ​

 

The Blue Lake Multifamily Fund will follow the firm’s proven strategy of executing multifamily value-add opportunities and sourcing assets that will benefit from a focus on operations and occupancy. This strategy, supported by leading machine learning and AI technology capabilities, positions the fund to focus primarily on mid-cap assets across U.S. markets & submarkets with attractive demographics that have shown resilience in previous downturns.

The Fund's investment criteria:

  • Fund Size: $100M

  • Anticipated Life of Fund: 5 to 7 years

  • Target Holdings: 10 to 15 properties with 200+ units located in high growth markets

  • Equity Allocated Per Deal: ~$30M - $50M

  • Strategy: Class B+/- multifamily assets targeting underperforming, value-add, or institutional assets

  • Investing Opportunity: Accredited Individuals, Family Offices, Funds, SD-IRA, 401Ks

  • Minimum Investment: $50,000

  • Distribution Frequency: Monthly
