Public Relations Intern (Investor Relations) - Boston MSA, MA
Learn how private equity is done behind the scenes! In this role, you will learn how capital is raised for private equity investments, and how these valuable relationships are built and maintained.

This role is part-time and physically located within the Greater Boston Area. Attendance in office will be required at times, within our hybrid model of working both remotely and onsite. Flexibility will be provided according to school schedules.

As an intern, you will learn how to prepare investor communications, including marketing material and updating materials for existing and new investors.

Our ideal candidate will also participate in preparing materials for investor events such as annual investor meetings, advisory board meetings, and other investor events.

Drafting material for new funds and assisting with all facets of capital raising, including financial analysis, documentation, marketing, etc.

Assisting with inbound queries from investors and due diligence questions as they arise

Researching and preparing background materials and reports as required by the Director of Investor Relations in advance of investor/business development trips.

Other ad-hoc duties / projects as assigned as the role evolves.

Participate in compiling and interpreting property financials.

Openness to working on occasional task outside the parameters, if needed.
Qualifications:

Must be currently enrolled in higher education, and willing to commit to a minimum of 6 months.

Technically savvy: Experience with Microsoft Office is mandatory.

Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, presentation, and analytical skills.

Strong work ethic and attention to details.

Ability to take ownership and commitment to follow through.

Ability to effectively prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
