Investor Relations Associate - Boston MSA, MA

Blue Lake Capital is a rising real estate investment firm, specialized in multifamily assets, but behaves like a startup. We are rapidly growing, focused, and love to work with passion and energy! We are looking for a full-time Investor Relations Associate with experience and a proven track record in supporting business operations. The ideal candidate will be poised to grow along with the company.

THE POSITION:

 

  • This role is full-time and onsite, physically located within the Greater Boston Area. REMOTE APPLICANTS will not be considered. Attendance in office is mandatory. 

 

  • We are looking for someone who has the skills and experience to complete the following tasks:

 

  • Assistance scheduling / rescheduling, including team coordination

  • Daily auditing of schedules

  • Daily engagement and monitoring of key social media inboxes 

  • Support in documentation, auditing, and data management

  • Assisting in industry research, market analytics, and investor communications

  • Sending out of podcast related media kits and support in strategic guest sourcing

  • Podcast competitor evaluation and strategic partnership targeting

  • Monitoring podcast guest submission and follow ups

  • Research and preparation of podcast guest bios

  • Providing overall general support to various Investor Relations associated projects

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • 4-Year degree from an accredited institution

  • 2+ years’ experience as an administrative assistant, coordinator, or related position

  • Strong and versatile communication skills (email, text, phone calls, etc.). The ideal candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communications, organization, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  • Technically savvy: MS Office, G Suite, Zoom, etc.

  • Proficiency in scheduling and organization

  • Strong work ethic and attention to details and business objectives

  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a flexible attitude as a team player

  • Ability to take ownership and commitment to follow through

  • Ability to effectively prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

  • Strong sense of personal motivation, responsibility, and problem-solving skills
