For many of us, 2022 has been a blur. It's certainly been another interesting year, to say the least.


In a year of major news stories including the war in the Ukraine, mid-term elections, upheaval in the crypto markets and so much more, probably nothing has taken the spotlight in the second half of they year more than rising interest rates, inflation, and the economy as a whole.


We've discussed a lot of the events in the world around us and the impact they can have on multifamily real estate investing. So, before we move on to the bright possibilities of 2023, we wanted to take a moment to look back on 2022 through the lens of the most popular blog posts on BlueLake- Capital.com this year.
