3. Once you have completed the planning session and defined your goals, you will be admitted to join the program.

A complimentary one-hour planning session is the first step in evaluating your overall goals and strategies for building out and scaling your own multifamily syndication business.
During this session, Ellie will help you identify what your goals are, how to structure a realistic timeline to achieve them, and the best steps to take to accomplish them.
In addition, the planning session is designed to help you understand the program and ensure both you and Ellie are confident it will meet your goals and expectations. If you feel it was a waste of time, Ellie will pay you $200 for your time together.
Please be advised that not all requests for the complementary planning sessions are accepted, as Ellie and her team will review this application form to evaluate whether our Advanced 1-on-1 mentoring program is a good fit for you based on your goals. The complimentary planning session is at no cost to you; however, the investment for the program should you choose to move forward are as follows:
Bronze Package: $14,995 for 30-Day Program Access and 1-on-1 weekly mentoring for the month. (If additional time for program access is desired, an extension can be added on for $249 per month after the first month, not to include additional mentoring.)
Silver Package: $16,995 for One Year full program access and 1-on-1 weekly mentoring calls.
Gold Package: $19,995 for Two Year full program access and 1-on-1 unlimited mentoring calls.
